The Experience: From Prep to Feast
Duration: 3 Hours (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
- 3:00 PM | Welcome & Local Story: Start with a refreshing welcome drink. Hear stories of the Andaman Sea, local fishermen, and the Moken wisdom behind our ingredients.
- 3:15 PM | Unlock Your Thai Taste: Introduction to key ingredients. Learn to identify and balance the "Big 3" flavors: Sour, Sweet, and Salty to suit your palate.
- 3:45 PM | Cook Like a Local - "Nam Chup Yam": Hand-make this traditional Southern spicy shrimp dip. It’s healthy, delicious, and requires no fire—just fresh ingredients and "hand-mixing" techniques.
- 4:20 PM | Main Dish - Fried Fish with Tamarind Sauce: The highlight! Learn to fry fish perfectly and make a classic tamarind sauce. A simple dish that tastes like home.
- 5:00 PM | Nature's Gifts Dinner Time: The best part. Sit down to enjoy the meal you prepared, plus 2 complimentary special local dishes cooked by us. A dinner that leaves you feeling full, light, and happy—knowing you’ve nourished yourself and supported a healthier nature.
Price: 2,500 - 3,000 THB per person Includes: Cooking class, dinner (your dishes + 2 local specials), welcome drink, and a souvenir gift.
